Our work methodology

In Servinet del Vallés S.L. we follow a clear and structured methodology that allows us to offer an effective cleaning service, adapted to the real needs of each client.

1. Visit and analysis of the facilities

Our commercial department makes a previous visit to the facilities to know the space and accurately assess the cleaning and maintenance needs.

2. Assessment of resources and time load

We determine the essential time load and the necessary resources to guarantee an efficient and quality service.

3. Preparation of the budget


We calculate the budget of the cleaning service according to the information obtained during the visit and the criteria and priorities of the client.

4. Detailed budget presentation

We provide a clear and transparent budget specifying the number of operators, the time load, the machinery and the products to be used, as well as the frequency of the service.


5. Planning and selection of personnel

Once the budget has been accepted, we draw up the work plan and select the most suitable staff for each installation.



6. Logistics provision

Before the start of the service, we carry out the necessary logistics provision, moving all the material and machinery required for an optimal development of the work to the facilities.

7. Start of service


The cleaning service is launched according to the established in the accepted budget.

8. Continuous monitoring and monitoring

We carry out permanent supervision through periodic visits of our area supervisors and fluid communication with the client, thus guaranteeing a cleaning service of the highest quality in Barcelona and throughout Catalonia.
